# Install two Node Red on same device/server

Hello Everyone,  
Is it possible to install Node red two times on the same device so that I can use two different Node Red Systems on the same device or server?  
For the moment I use Node red on a virtual machine. Now I would like to use two Node red Systems on a virtual machine, this would make it easier and even clearer to work with the dashboard.

Yes.

Look at the command line parameters - you can start multiple instances each with own port number, folder & flows.

No need to install multiple copies.

Search for node-red multiple instances
