could you provide me steps of installing node-red in Tiny Core image in VMWare.

Which version ? One thing to check is if it's 32 or 64 bit - you may well need to install nodejs manually using the appropriate architecture and size. And then you may need to use the manual npm install from the main install guide - [Running Node-RED locally : Node-RED](https://nodered.org/docs/getting-started/local)
