# Installing sense-hat palette fails on Windows 10

Installing this palette failed on Windows-10 but worked perfectly on Raspbian-Buster on Raspberry Pi 3b
any idea what may the problem be?

Since `node-red-node-pi-sense-hat` works on a Pi, you might want to try using `node-red-node-pi-sense-hat-simulator` instead
