# Is node red a framework

Hey there,

I have a question, just because i m interested in..  
Could Node red be seen as a framework or not? Because i read the definition of a framework and now I m not really sure wheater it is a framework or not.

I define a framework as a kind of skeletal structure for the programmer..  
In Node Red this might be a Node like the dashboard nodes are.

Well if that is your definition, can you not answer your own question?
