# KNX Node "On duty"

Hello,
After installing NodeRED and the "node-red-contrib-knx-ultimade" palette, I get no information from the KNX devices.
The KNX device is connected and reports "On duty".
I can't find any information about what it means and especially not how to change the state.
If any more info is needed to help me, I would be happy to provide it. Thanks a lot for the support.

There are lots of links to help from [knx-ultimate Node page](https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-knx-ultimate) which would appear to a non-user to be helpful. Have you checked them out?
