# Last NodeJS 18 based 3.1.x container repins

Today rebuilt the Node-RED 3.1.x docker containers to pick up the last NodeJS 18 base container.
NodeJS v18 goes End of Life at the end of April and there are unlikely to be any more builds after v18.20.8 (published last week).
If you have systems using Node-RED 3.1.x in containers I suggest you:
1. Make sure you are using the NodeJS 18 based builds (as the NodeJS 16 are already long out of support)
2. Make plans to more to Node-RED 4.0.x as soon as possible which are available with NodeJS 18, 20 and 22 (but you should definitely be moving to 20 or 22, not 18)
