# Latency problem

Recently I face a problem with my NR applications. I have multiple charts and online data on my home tab mais application. If I connect to NR with a remote browser installed on a PC no problems at all. But, if I connect from a tab or even smathphone (S10) I face some response delay. Is it because of the processors? I don´t think so, because before I connect a lot from my S10 and that problem doesn´t exists.
Something is change, but I don´t know what it is?
Is this happen with someone else?

What do you mean by ‘connect from a tab’? Maybe if you drew a network diagram and pointed out where the issue occurs it would be more understandable.
Also how many charts, how many points on the charts and how often are they refreshed?
What device is NR running on?
