# Line chart does not show proper time format in tool-tip

Line-chart is configured to use "HH:mm" format on the X-axis.  
For some reason, some (but not all), data points show the time in the millisecond format in the tooltip.  
What am I missing?

Note: This is NodeRED installation on an embedded device, I do not have much control over it.
