# Manage Palette missing after securing site

Hi there  
So I have appeared to have lost the Manage Palette option after I secured the site with a login using the AdminAuth section in mysettings.js so assuming its related ? The user I created has "\*" permissions.

Do I need to add this specific user into local admins or something ?
