After a lot of trying I managed to install node red on my raspberry pi 3, but when I open the environment, the manager palette where the nodes are installed does not appear.
Has anyone happened to you and how did I request it?

Hi @victor_DHL

how did you install Node-RED? Did you use the script from our documentation? [Running on Raspberry Pi : Node-RED](https://nodered.org/docs/getting-started/raspberrypi)

The Palette Manager feature requires the `npm` command-line tool to be installed. The default Raspberry Pi node.js installation does _not_ include `npm` - and would possibly explain why it has been disabled.

The Node-RED log will say if the palette manager has been disabled and why.
