Hi, I'm  
realizing an iot project with node-red, we should read the mt831 iskra counter, the counters mount the MK-f38-3 module, it has an rs485 port with IEC 62056-21 communication protocol. How can I take these readings?

I don't know that device but a quick search suggests it supports modbus protocol.

Install modbus nodes, connect to the device, read the desired addresses.
