Hello I am new to node red. I am trying to used modbus to communicate from a wago plc to Node-red I can not install the modbus anything on the palette. I am using a windows 10 64-bit computer. Everything I see is geared to Linux fixes. I am not that good with Linux so I am struggling. This is not the only module it wont install but it is the in Below is the error it gives me in the cmd that is running node-red. This is not a Linux thing. Your pc simply doesn't have the necessary components installed to compile something that needs compiling. Steve\_McI, I have Visual studio 2019 installed and before that was 2017. I have programmed in the visual studio 2017 so I know it was working. ---

You still have to run the command. Not sure what it does under the hood (likely some node js bindings) but installing Vs is not enough. ---
