Looks like you installed node-red nodes using sudo?

Settings file  : /var/app/current/settings.js

That is not a normal place. It is possible you therefore have file/folder permissions issues.

Alternatively, you might have had some network errors which corrupted things. If you, you might need to reset and try again.
