# MQTT connection to Azure IoT Central is interrupted after 5 minutes

Hello,

I am running Node-RED version 1.3.5. I am facing an issue where my MQTT connection to my Azure IoT Central App broker is interrupted after 5 minutes as seen below :

I've tried changing the keep-alive setting of the node but it didn't do anything and I have no way of checking the MQTT broker logs on the Azure side. I haven't been sending data to it yet, but at the end of the day I don't plan on having data sent in a timeframe lesser than 5 minutes so the connection should stay maintained.

Any help would be appreciated !

It was not related to Node-RED in the end, it was all about the expiry time on the SAS token on the Azure side.
