Hi, I need to connect oracle 9i with jdbc connection. I was try to install node-red-contrib-jdbc but failed with log

Did you try `node-red-contrib-oracledb-mod` (which is what I use) or `node-red-oracle`?

not yet try this tools, but already tried to used node-red-contrib-oracle with oracle instant client version 10 but not succeded. I was success tried to connect it with dbviewer software and see the connection is using like below

```auto
"jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1526:xe"
```

so that why i suggest to connect with oracle 9i is using jdbc connection.

Without looking too deep, it looks as if there are dependency issues with this node, which has last been updated 4.5 years ago and requires java & python.

I would try the other node I suggested you, though I have not tried it with Oracle 9
