# New tab and group from dashboard

Hi all!

Is there any chance to create a new tab and group directly from the dashboard?. I mean, not using this part.

I want to do it directly from the dashboard.

No, you can only create tabs and groups in the layout or while configuring a ui node.

.... and then you have to deploy those changes to make them active/visible

Ok, i get it.

My idea is to have a front end os users can upload information on it, like a form or so. Now i have some steps to follow in the back end side and i dont want to the final user, i need something more simple so they can upload the information.
