In fact, I think that the problem is not only with the email node because the error survives new deploys and page refreshes.
It mainly happens when you hit a connection timeout or an error during authentication or login.
Is there a way to export Node-Red logs to share them?
No, this will be specific to the email node, please raise the issue on the repo I pointed to.
The logs get written to standard out/error, where that ends up depends on how you installed/run Node-RED
