Hi,

We've published new releases of both Node-RED 4.x and Node-RED 3.x to pickup some upstream dependency updates to address security issues.

Whilst the issues were deemed low-risk to Node-RED users, these updates will stop the audit warnings npm reports when installing.

The 4.0.3 release also includes a number of additional fixes. Check the links below for full details.

- [Node-RED 3.1.12](https://github.com/node-red/node-red/blob/7322cd0a0637469c00ef68cc695c98fbafea1a87/CHANGELOG.md#3112-maintenance-release)

Having just installed v4, I noticed this new username bubble:

![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex026/uploads/nodered/original/3X/9/c/9cb05d6249ef91589411420840114b4efd61790a.png)

This thing is an eye sore to me, it is larger than the node-red logo in terms screaminess, could this be adjusted for the next release ? Smaller font, single pixel border and preferably non-white. ie. Should it enjoy so much attention in context of the interface ? no.

Yes 4.0 introduced a new default icon for logged-in users - a change from the previous default person icon that didn't give any hint as to who was logged in.

@bakman2 will take your feedback on board. Looking at it afresh, I agree it's a bit much.
