I just updated today and I don't remember this being a thing, but the dark theme setting is removing custom group colors, group name font colors and group border colors. Switching to the light theme restores them. I'm seeing this in both Chrome and Safari.

Can you raise an issue on github for this? There was a fix in 5.0.6 related to group colours and dark mode - but this wasn't the expected result.

Weird, that fix shouldn't affect existing groups with custom colors, only newly added ones.

Issue raised. [Node-RED 5.0.6 Dark Theme is removing custom color settings from groups · Issue #5922 · node-red/node-red · GitHub](https://github.com/node-red/node-red/issues/5922)

Also, I believe my initial assessment was incorrect. Group label font colors and group border colors seem unaffected by this.
