Node-RED 5 is here, and it’s a meaningful upgrade for anyone building flows in production environments.
It improves the editor experience, brings better structure for managing complex projects, and makes debugging and collaboration much easier, especially for industrial and IIoT use cases where systems scale fast.
With FlowFuse, it’s now also available on FlowFuse Cloud, making it even easier for teams to run Node-RED 5 in production with proper deployment, versioning, and collaboration workflows.
Overall, it’s less about adding complexity and more about making large-scale automation easier to manage.
