I have pushed an update to include the option to use some additional API parameters.

The following optional inputs now have preliminary support - `msg.suffix`, `msg.n`, `msg.temperature`, `msg.top_p`, `msg.presence_penalty`, `msg.frequency_penalty`, and `msg.echo`. With a few additional properties still in the debugging phase.
