Hi all,

A quick update to uibuilder.

- **NEW** Add some example flows to the example libary.

- **FIX** Bug in [socket.io](http://socket.io) namespace if httpNodeRoot was set to something other than default. Also closes [Issue #30](https://github.com/TotallyInformation/node-red-contrib-uibuilder/issues/30)

v1.0.12 published. A minor fix to the default template index.html file.
