# Node-RED in Docker - does Db2 nodes does not work with the standard nodered images?

Hi,

**I have trouble making Db2 nodes work in NodeRED running on docker.** I currently use nodered v2.0.0. The only error I get is that I don't have a shared library called "libcrypt.s.1" that is needed for the ibm\_db package to function. I suspect this is because the base image from NodeRed is based on Alpine Linux, which is not supported with the ibm\_db package. However, I'm not able to create a Debian based image as presented in this github repo: [node-red-docker/docker-custom at master · node-red/node-red-docker · GitHub](https://github.com/node-red/node-red-docker/tree/master/docker-custom). Anyone have any experience with a similar issue?
