# Node red on IOT 2050 Siemens

I would like to know how to install red node on Simatic IOT2050 , I searched the forum but found nothing specific explaining the installation step by step and adding nodes for application as cpu s7 300

Hi @Andre48 welcome to Node-RED community, I think the IOT 2050 Siemens can be operated with a Debian based Linux Operating System. So, you could use the official documentation for Debian-Based Operating System:

Then once Node-RED installed you should can install any Node-RED library from manage palette, including the S7 nodes.
