# Node-Red pallete fails to load due to syntax error in vendor.js

we found error while opening Node-red on Browser, that

Its Pallets fails to load  
the below error occurs in browser Console

vendor.js:16 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ')'  
red.min.js:16 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined  
at red.min.js:16  
(anonymous) @ red.min.js:16  
main.min.js:16 Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined  
at main.min.js:16  
at main.min.js:16

I don't know what might be causing that, but since no-one else has replied then can you start node-red in a terminal and post the terminal output here please, in the hope there may be a clue there. Use the `</>` button when pasting it in.

What browser are you using? If IE then don't. Whichever it is, can you try another browser?
