It might be the same issue I was involved in discussing some time back - have a read through [this thread](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/node-red-0-20-0-beta-4-released/7339/5) - it may still be an issue (I gave up and haven't tried since)

Please let us know if you resolve this & how.
