# Node red running in ubuntu crashed

Hi,  
I was running nodered in ubuntu.Due to some error node red crashed and all the latest developments along with some flow got deleted.

Please tell me a way to find the flows and get all my recent codes.

You can be virtually certain that a node red crash will not have deleted the flows, it is more likely that node red is looking at the wrong file.  
What files are there in your `.node-red` folder?  
Also start node red in a terminal and copy/paste the startup log here (as text please, if possible, not a screenshot).

Obviously don't deploy anything till you have sorted this out. node-red keeps a single backup in the .node-red folder but if you deploy then that will be overwritten with the current (empty?) flow.
