# Node red wont't start - erro

Hi all - new to the forum and node red.  
I installed node red last night and it a working fine. I wanted to use a gauge so tonight I installed node-red-dashboard. I must have done something wrong cause now I can't get node red to run -

"node-red : File C:\Users\16414\AppData\Roaming\npm\node-red.ps1 cannot be loaded. The file  
C:\Users\16414\AppData\Roaming\npm\node-red.ps1 is not digitally signed. You cannot run this script on the current  
system. For more information about running scripts and setting execution policy, see about\_Execution\_Policies at  
https:/go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=135170.  
At line:1 char:1

- node-red
- 

```auto

```

It's probably been answered many times before but my searches didn't turn up anything helpful.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no avail !! I running window 10.
