# Node Slider Bug at 0.1 step only on release?

Hi.  
Node slider send two values at 0.1 step only on release.

```auto

node-red 0.20.8

Please see [this post](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/how-to-share-code-or-flow-json/506) for how to share a flow so that it is importable. You can edit your first flow.  
Also please explain a bit more what problem you are seeing.

When I slide only on release, two simultaneous msg.payload are sent.... only when step is 0.1

If I put step to 1, only one msg.payload is sent when I slide only on release.

That's all.

I am not seeing that, but for me, running in Waterfox browser on Ubuntu Output on Release doesn't work properly at all. When I release the mouse button it doesn't stop controlling the slider, even if I move the mouse away. I have to click it to get it to 'release'. Running dashboard 2.19.3, node-red 1.0.2

Did you noticed differences from step 0.1 to step 1 on release mouse ?

Since it doesn't send anything when I release the mouse then no. It is ignoring the release.
