# /nodes is unauthorized

I installed node red and went to install a node from the pallette manager. I can see the node got installed in the log and in the directory but the url /nodes is getting an unauthorized when the pallette manager tries to verify after the install.

I cannot figure out how to fix this and am hoping I can get some tips .

Can you show us the full error please?  
Also start node red in a terminal and post the output here. Use the `</>` button at the top of the forum text window when pasting the log text in.
