# Nodes not available

Hi,

I have installed node-red-contrib-msg-queue but I cannot use it in a flow as it does not appear in my palette.

It has a grey box with dashed border as in the attached picture.

Any ideas on how to get this install properly?

What did Node-RED say when you tried to install it?

Have you tried to install following the instructions in the nodes README?

What version of nodejs are you using?

Yes i tried to install as per the readme file. I also tried a few other ways but it won't install properly.  
I'm using V0.15.2

You are using nodejs version 0.15.2? or Node-red version 0.15.2?

Your "error" screen dump look as if it is still installing and its having to compile the install it may take sometime...

Do you have sqlite3 installed?

Thanks for the support, it eventually installed properly but took well over an hour which i wasn't expecting.  
I'm still new to all this
