In my node-RED user directory, I have a `lib` directory, which contains a empty `flows` directory.
It contains no files, and not sure of it's purpose.
Is it some garbage that I've accumulated over the years, something that has been depreciated, or does it serve some purpose.

`.node-red/lib/flows`

It's not doing any harm, but if it has no purpose I'd like to delete them.

The `lib` directory is where things get stored if you use the 'Export -\> Library' feature in the editor.
