# Owntrack - show GPS Position on Worldmap

Hello Community,

I would like to display the GPS position of a smartphone on a world map.  
The whole thing also works fine with Owntracks and worldmap-node.

by default, world map component will only display real-time information of newly created location tracking points.

Is there a quick way to display the last known position without a database when reloading the browser?

I thought of the status node, but it doesn't really work.
