# Password per tab / flow ? possible?

hi there  
i have multiple tabs in my node-red confuguration.  
is it possible to set a password on a specific tab ?  
example : tab 1 is open , tab 2 is password protected , tab 3 is open

i ask this question because i want to open it up to the internet but do not want people sniffing around in tab 2

You could create something to add a password, but this would be visible for everyone with a right mouse button.

Before you do this, make sure you know what you are doing.  
Make it easier for yourself, use VPN instead.

Short answer no - the dashboard is only really for a single user. It can be protected for that user - but is not designed for multiuser specifically.
