# Pi-top-4 mini OLED & buttons from node red

Has anyone run Node Red on a pi-top-4? I have it going using the regular Pi installation script. Now I'm wondering if there's already some nodes to access the mini OLED and buttons. I think there's a API so I expect it'll work on some level but it's always nice to reuse someone else's work when possible.

So it looks like the Pi has direct IO connections to the buttons and to the screen with SPI. Next step, find a handy technique/node for SPI display control.
