# Reading data from an RS485 sensor using the Modbus pallete

Hey everyone, very new to using the Modbus RTU protocol to get a reading from an ultrasonic sensor in real time. I believe I have trouble accessing the data stored in the registers. After having used simple Read, Write, and Response Modbus nodes along with a debug node, I get no readings what so ever. Can I please get some assistance with this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The Sensor:
