Does the 2nd post from dceejay [from this topic](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/inject-nodes-not-firing-on-boot-up-of-raspberry-pi-4/30675) perhaps explain the behaviour ? or the reply from stefan24 ? (initial firing couple of seconds later)
