# Refresh Table Only When Visible?

Refresh Table Only When Visible? I think this is beyond what the default dashboard or such can do? I want a table to update every few seconds, but don't want it to happen unless the parent table is active, selected, or visible. Is there a way to do this?

Well you could use the ui\_control node to detect the change of tab and stop sending data.
