The last couple weekends, I'd wanted to mess around with my NR instance, but held back because I had a recording going. I haven't read the entire thread, but I assume this is about the exec node?

Better to use `journalctl -u nodered -n 1000` or similar, add `-f` if you want to carry on following new entries.

Just a reminder to folk that if they come across nodes that no longer work correctly, they should give it a lower star rating on the Flows site so that others know there may be an issue.

True, though that may not go back over a reboot, depending on how your system is configured.
