# Restoring Commit from Remote

Hey everyone,

I have Node-RED projects set up and I am committing my work to my GirHub repositories.

I feel like I may be missing something- How can I restore a previous commit from my remote repository? Should be able to click the older commits and restore them easily?

This isn't a feature that is exposed in the UI. You'd have to go back to the command line and do it there.

It's on the backlog for the projects feature.

Thank you! No problem on the CLI restore, just wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy and missing something obvious.
