# Sending email with other servers instead of gmail

I'm trying to send mail using mail node ..can i send to a mail that's not in gmail domain for [example:xxxxxxxx@delta.me](mailto:example:xxxxxxxx@delta.me)

Do you mean you want to send an email to that email address, but using the gmail email server to send it, or do you mean you want to use a different email server?

use different mail server instead of [smtp.gmail.com](http://smtp.gmail.com)

can you tell me what should i change cause when im trying to change server to "[smtp.delta.me](http://smtp.delta.me)" my mail domain it gives me error

Check with your host as to what the settings should be to send mail. You might find it on their webpage/tech-support page.

Are you able to use the server using a desktop email client? If so then the settings should be the same as you use for that.
