# Show if nodes are changed in search result

After using search history it would be nice to be able to see if i have already changed a node in the result list.

Changed nodes should have the blue dot indicating undeployed changes

Then i can see if i did a change to that node already or not. Now i have to count down the search results to remember where i have been.

Also the nodes that has been clicked on in the search could be grayed out.
