Hello.

I'd like to contribute to _social-pushover_ and add the "_tags_" parameter. This would allow to cancel emergency messages by tag. See [Pushover-API docs](https://pushover.net/api/receipts#cancel_by_tag).

I already made the changes in [my branch](https://github.com/trise-ne/node-red-nodes/tree/social-pushover_add-tags-parameter). Is ist it ok to open an PR?

_btw: That's my first time using git / contributing. So i hope I've done it right...If anything needs to be changed, just let me know. Thanks for your help._

Hi - sure - please go ahead. As long as it doesn't break existing capability and existing configurations will still work we should be ok.
