# Solar Edge Modbus Missing Node

Hello - I’m trying to connect to my Solaredge with this Flow: [Getting your SolarEdge parameters from the web and modbus (flow) - Node-RED](https://flows.nodered.org/flow/8649c1abbe3f1755e6bcf639e38e1d91)
But in this flow the “node-red-contrib-solaredge-modbus” is referenced - but this node does not exist ? In the flow there is one node “Solar Edge Modbus” - exactly this one is missing - propably it will be in the “node-red-contrib-solaredge-modbus” palette - anyone an idea how to get this ? Thanks Mike

If the device supports standard modbus, then use node-red-contrib-modbus.

Yes it supports standard modbus, but I wanted to use the referenced flow - therefore the “node-red-contrib-solaredge-modbus” is needed

Well if it doesn't exist any more then your need will have to go unmet.
You could try and contact the author to see if he/she can help.
