Hi There,

for the [static in-browser Node-RED](https://cdn.flowhub.org), I made a change in the deep-linking to a node. This [line](https://github.com/node-red/node-red/blob/f0a9b0cf69646177755203a11415982dfa83b87e/packages/node_modules/%40node-red/editor-client/src/js/ui/view-tools.js#L1298):

```auto
let url = `${window.location.origin}${window.location.pathname}#${thingType}/${node.id}`
```

I changed to this:

```auto
let url = `${window.location.origin}${window.location.pathname}${window.location.search}#${thingType}/${node.id}`
```

to support parameters on the original NR url, example is this [link](https://cdn.flowhub.org/?t=0&fhid=c520d9da20ad7f1d#node/bb8c94859fb0b992/edit).

I was wondering whether this is something that should go into NR? If so, I would create PR for it ...
