# The error: this cite can't be reached when download Node-red

Hello everyone, I'm a student currently. I have a problem.
When I connect PC and module IOT2000 to open Node-red on a browser, it shows the error on the top. when I download directly from laptop and IOT module it shows node-red, but when I connect PC and IOT 2000 through SCALANCE XB005 module, it's not working. Although I change IP address on my PC and module IOT many times but it's still not. it fails to load node-red. Do you know where the cause is? Please. Thanks a lot
