# Tooltips are hidden when widget is disabled

Dashboard v. 2.23.3, NR v. 1.1.3
I noticed that a button or a switch tooltip is not shown when the widget is disabled, e.g. via msg.disabled = false.
I think that the tooltip should always be visible regardless of the enabled property.
There are many instances where you would like to use the tooltip just to inform the user why the switch or the button is disabled in that scenario or to be able to change the tooltip text according to the widget status.
Is this behaviour deliberate or just an oversight?
What other buddies think about the issue?
Is there any way I can force the tooltip to be displayed when in disabled mode?
