Hi Bart,  
thank you offering help here. I already noticed that you ran into the same challenge with your svg node. To be honest I haven’t installed it yet because I know I would be so distracted by it and not able to finish other important tasks if I dig into that. No need to summarize your “legacy code” 😇 now - I believe I’m able to find the relevant parts. If not I’ll ask.

I thought it is ok to ask here. I believe that developers need as much input as possible.

For now I would like to add or see added

- function type
- color
- numeric with more and better options
- multi line strings

But this have to wait. Will take a look into your node and see what intermediate solution I can work with
