# Ui template web page error

Good day Everyone,  
Been working with node-red for a short period of time and im having a issue when a use the template node. Im able to load a web page but when I interact with its form buttons in the page does not seems to work. When I load the same web page in google chrome there is no problem. What coul be happening here? I will thanks any tips.
