Two more bugs squashed.

- Thanks to Colin for reporting an [issue with link colours in Markweb](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/uibuilder-markweb-too-dark/101168/40)
- A Node-RED v5 issue that stopped the `uib-sidebar` from working.
